“Whenever someone came to me to work against someone I would send some jinn. The jinn would be sent, either to destroy the peace of their homes, to cause physical or mental illness or to upset their mood, to induce madness etc. Sometimes The jinns would come back and tell me they couldn’t see the “target”, sometimes they would say they could hear their voices but still couldn’t see them. I would then send ifrits of the highest power and they would give the same excuse. I used to tell them that they live in such and such a place and work here or there. The jinn would reply, yes, we went to that place but did not find them.

After repenting I realized that people’s level of protection, their surroundings and their abilities are different. There are people who have no protection at all, they are very easy for us to “target” and find. There are also those who are protected by recitation of the Qur’an and Zikir-Azkar, but they sometimes miss the prayer. The jinn then only heard their voices.

But those who have real protection, whatever it may be, are not seen by the jinn. Then I understood the meaning of the verse,
“When you recite the Qur’an, I place an invisible screen between you and those who do not believe in the Hereafter” which means you will be protected from the evils of both humans and jinn.

Read the Quran daily, listen to it in the car when not at home, especially “Suratul Baqarah”.
As the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “Do not turn your houses into graveyards (by not reciting the Qur’an or dhikr). In a house where Surat al-Baqarah is regularly recited, Satan will not enter/flee away.” (Sahih Muslim and Ibn Hibban) )
